Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Our products are created with Hatch Software by Wilcom.

Please note:

- In my shop I sell only digital files for machine embroidery not an iron on patch – you will need an embroidery machine to stitch it out.

- You don't use ANY part of my design by changing, deleting, or adding to them to create your own embroidery design to sell.

- You can use my designs to stitching out and selling the final product or give away as a gift.
But you are not allowed to share, sell, give away or trade the digital download by Krissta Simpson Designs ©.
